Almost winter, time for snowboarding!

Today, I received my order for the sporting goods of my favorite winter sport - snowboarding. It includes:

- Jacket: Columbia Sportswear Phantom Spires 3-in-1 Parka
- Pants: Columbia Sportswear Snow King Cargo Pants
- Boots: Burton Freestyle Snowboard Boots
- Bindings: Salomon Classic Snowboard Bindings
- Gloves: Drop Team Snowboard Gloves

I can't wait to open the box and try them out. They are perfect both in size and color and match with each other so well! The jacket is perfect fit. You can zip off fleece liner and open the underarm zipper when you snowboarding in March when it is normally quite hot. It even have a interior cellphone pocket which fits my iPhone very well :) It also comes with lots of unknown technology which I don't quite understand them, such as Omni-tech. I need to test them out on the slope to find out whether it can really allow perspiration to escape very quickly.

Still waiting for my Salomon Prospect Snowboard. It should arrive in the next a couple of days. Snowboarding/ski is normally an expensive sports like golf. But it is much more fun and exiting than golf. This time, with the 30% coupon from my friend, all these goods only cost me $536.74. Plus the Kirkwood season pass I bought a week ago ($399). I achieved my budget goal < $1000 for all the gears :)

Let's pray that there will be snow in Tahoe very soon. So we can enjoy our fun on the slope ....

BTW, I had the great shopping experience at http://www.sierratradingpost.com/. Excellent price and fast shipping. Highly recommend :)
