At 10, Java's wild success, missed chances

Finally, I cooked some food ....

I've been living with takeout for a long time. Finally, I decided to cook some food today to celebrate mother's day. (I wish that I can take some of my mother's work :)

You can see the pictures for my three dishes in the following.

1) Crystal Shimp. Very tasted. But I accidently put too much water at the end. So it is not very crystal. Next time, no water, only starch and beer ... :)

2) Shimp with egg: it doesn't take as good as I expected. The oil is not hot enough while I am cooking the egg.

3) Pork, mushroom and cabbage: quite good. It can be ated with noodle for the next three days because there is a lot ....
