I enjoyed cooking today
I haven't cooked for a while. My roomate complaint that it was more than a month. So tonight, I decided to cook ...
Downloaded some podcasts from Godcast and mercurynews + some chineses MP3 songs from baidu.com to my iPod mini. Then I started cooking in the news and songs :)
Cooked the rice and pork stew first because it takes long time. Then wash the chives, peppers, potatos and tomatos. I did all by myself and took me around one and half hours to cook all those four dishes below.
With the iPod on, I didn't even feel the time go by. I really liked the dishes I cooked today. They are far way better than what restaurant cook. And I had a can of Kirin beer also.
I enjoyed the cooking and the delicious food ... Wish that I can have more time to cook!
